Benefits of following a routine
Researchers believe that light physical exercise can be completed by walking, cooking or doing household chores, laughing. They say that for overall health, one should have at least 8 hours of sleep. One should also avoid sleeping for too little or too long.

Researchers believe that sitting for less time or standing for more time, exercising or sleeping is connected to cardiometabolic health. Doing this is linked to overall health.
